Currently supported: We currently support annual renewals for Utah LLCs (Limited Liability Companies). Support for additional entity types (Corporations, LPs, LLPs) is anticipated in the future based on demand.
Our service fee covers the cost of our concierge handling and filing assistance. State filing fees charged by the Utah Division of Corporations are separate and are collected in addition to our service fee. Both fees are presented transparently at checkout.
Refund & Dispute Policy
Service Fee Refunds
Our service fee is refundable under the following conditions:
- Full refund: if we have not yet submitted your filing to the state at the time of your request, we will issue a full refund of our service fee
- Full refund for errors: if we make an error in your filing, we will correct it at no charge and refund any fees you incurred as a result of our mistake
- No refund after filing: once your renewal has been successfully submitted to the state, our service fee is non-refundable, as the service has been completed
State Filing Fees
State filing fees paid to the Utah Division of Corporations are non-refundable once submitted. These fees are collected by the state, not by UtahRenewals.com, and are outside our control.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at support@utahrenewals.com with your name, email, business entity number, and a description of your request. We will respond within 2 business days.
Disputes
If you have a dispute regarding a charge, please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your credit card company. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may result in account suspension.
Cancellation Policy
UtahRenewals.com offers a one-time service per renewal filing. There are no recurring subscriptions.
- Before filing: you may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before we submit your renewal to the state
- After filing: once your renewal has been submitted, cancellation is not possible as the service has been delivered
- Email sign-ups: if you signed up to receive renewal reminders via email, you may unsubscribe at any time by replying to any email with “UNSUBSCRIBE” or by contacting us at support@utahrenewals.com
Legal Restrictions & Limitations
Our services are available exclusively to Utah business entities registered with the Utah Division of Corporations. We do not file renewals for entities in other states.
By using our services, you represent that:
- You are the owner, officer, or authorized representative of the business entity being renewed

There are no export restrictions applicable to our services.
Promotions & Offers
From time to time, UtahRenewals.com may offer promotional pricing or discounts. The following terms apply to any such promotions:
- Promotions are valid only for the period specified and may be discontinued at any time
- Promotional codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively
- Promotions cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated
- Promotions apply to our service fee only and do not reduce state filing fees
- UtahRenewals.com reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we strive for accuracy and timeliness, we cannot guarantee that the Utah Division of Corporations will process your renewal by any specific date. Processing times are determined by the state, not by UtahRenewals.com.
We are not liable for any penalties, fees, or consequences resulting from late filings where the delay was caused by the business owner failing to provide timely instructions or payment, or by the state’s processing backlog.
